On Saturday, March 31, 2018, we will be holding a chocolate workshop. This will be the third workshop at Niko no Ouchi in Futako Tamagawa, and we'll be making a new type of sweet: "Chocoburger"! As the name suggests, a Chocoburger is a hamburger made of chocolate. But it's not just chocolate sandwiched between bread. The bun is made of soft and fluffy chiffon cake, and the patty in between is not ordinary chocolate, but melt-in-your-mouth nama chocolate. You can choose between strawberry or chocolate chiffon cake, and then add chocolate, custard cream, and your favorite fruits to create your very own Chocoburger. Let's all enjoy eating this hamburger-like cake!
*Specific allergens in the Chocoburger include milk, eggs, flour, soybeans, and bananas.
