The Double Chocolate Brownie was born from a collaboration with chez_an, who also operates in Setagaya. Our encounter with chez_an began about two years ago at the Okage Marche in Ikejiri.

Seeing the array of elegant baked goods lined up at their adjacent booth, I instantly became a fan.

Each and every baked good, handcrafted with care and heart, not only looks beautiful but also gives a sense of comfort, as if it arrived from a mother.
Everything was truly wonderful.
