CHOCOLAT DOUX Survey Results Report
The Shizuoka Prefectural Study Group on Pediatric Eating and Swallowing was held on February 1, 2025.
With the cooperation of Dr. Asano from Social Welfare Corporation Tsubasa Shizuoka, we were able to provide CHOCOLAT DOUX samples to the participating stakeholders and receive their opinions and feedback. Thank you to everyone who cooperated.
We would like to share some of the survey results.

A. Respondent Attributes
Responses were received from individuals working in medical and care fields, primarily speech-language pathologists.


B. Taste and Texture
Many positive responses were received, such as:
"Very delicious," "Very smooth," and
"I feel that people with dysphagia can eat this with peace of mind."




C. Opinions and Feedback
・As a luxury item for anyone
・The balance of sweetness and bitterness was good, and it was simply delicious. It's nice that everyone can enjoy the same thing.
・I think this would be good for children who have some oral movement.
・It was delicious. I think the size is just right.
・It wasn't sticky and had a good aftertaste.
・Requires the ability for the tongue to move back and forth to eat.
・It was incredibly delicious, and the way it "melts" as described is its greatest appeal.
